Spend two days in Revelstoke, BC with this all encompassing testing package to understand your body and how to implement new insights in your training and fueling. After two days of testing and consults you will have an understanding of how your body uses energy and how to use this information to fuel your workouts, insight into how your respiration system functions and a demonstration of respiration training using the the Isocapnic Breathe Way Better respiration training device (option to purchase at a discounted rate), strength and mobility limitations and hopefully some of your own adventures in our charming mountain town!

Metabolic Efficiency Test

  • Determines fatmax, metabolic efficiency point, threshold and respiratory strengths and limiters

Respiration Training Sessions on the Breathe Way Better system (completed off bike)

  • Learn how to use the best training device and proven respiration training methods to enhance your strengths and improve your weaknesses found in the testing.

Functional Movement Screen

  • Identifies strengths and weakness in movement patterns to aid recommendations for strength and mobility program

4hrs of consultation and Q&A sessions over the 2 days to understand your results and how to put these new insights to work

Planning Your Trip to Revelstoke

  • The most direct route to Revelstoke is flying into the Kelowna Internation Airport (YLW). From Kelowna, it is a 2.5hr drive to Revelstoke. There are both shuttle and rental car options at the airport.
